Stephen Tollefsen helps smaller reporting companies find affordable solutions in dealing with corporate governance, shareholder activist and proxy issues. A major emphasis of his practice has been enabling smaller reporting companies comply with the requirements of state and federal securities laws in a cost-effective manner.
